Ten small tools for people who record things. Convert, compress, trim, test your gear, and rehearse your script. Every one of them runs on your own machine: your files are never uploaded, and there is nothing to sign up for.
Most free converters online are a web form bolted to a server. You upload your file, a machine you do not control processes it, and you trust a privacy policy about what happens to it afterward. That is a lot of trust for a 10 second clip.
These tools work differently. The video encoder is compiled to WebAssembly and downloaded into your browser tab, so your file is read from your own disk, processed by your own CPU, and saved back to your own downloads folder. Nothing is uploaded because there is no server to upload to. That also means no queue, no file size limit set by somebody else, and no watermark on the way out.
Recording Studio records your screen and camera together, composed live, vertical or landscape. Free, no account, nothing uploads.
